How it works

Application to delivered order

  1. Step 1

    Apply

    Send your company details, store address and what you sell. An admin reviews the application and may request more information. After approval, Zupii creates the store and invites you to set a password. There is no public signup.

  2. Step 2

    Set up the catalogue

    Add products with photos, or import a spreadsheet with names, SKUs, barcodes, EUR prices, stock and categories. Changes reach the marketplace immediately.

  3. Step 3

    Receive orders

    Paid orders arrive in the portal in real time with items, quantities and the chosen delivery slot.

  4. Step 4

    Prepare

    Confirm the order, pick the items, then mark it preparing and ready. Stock and availability update as you go.

  5. Step 5

    Hand off

    Zupii assigns a rider for the slot. The rider collects the order from your store. Delivery status and settlements stay visible in the portal.
